• Provide direct care by assessing client health needs
• Participate in the planning of nursing care, occupational health and safety programs, community health programs or other health-related programs
• Implement programs and nursing interventions
• Evaluate outcomes
• Confer with other health care team members as necessary
• Document and communicate client data to ensure continuity of care
